 Shipping Policies

Your order will be shipped directly from one of our manufacturers warehouses in Florida, California, New Jersey or China.

Your item may take 2-5 weeks to arrive. This solely depends on the country's customs clearance process. Once the order is shipped you will get a confirmation email with tracking info.

Order processing can take 2-5 days. 

If you order multiples items they may be shipped separately from different warehouses.

When will my order be shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your invoice and tracking number. We have to be notified of undelivered packages within 30 days from the day you placed the order.

We offer BUYERS PROTECTION. All order will be refunded if the items has not arrived after specified delivery time of 5 weeks. 

Domestic Shipping

The following are considered domestic shipments. USA, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Saipan Island, St. Croix, St. John, St. Thomas, Wake Island, Marshall Islands, Palau, Micronesia, Truk Island, Kosrae Island, Yap Island

Free shipping when offered on our website is applied to only US domestic orders

( US 48 contiguous states Only )

Usually there are no additional custom or duty fees added on to the package when the package is delivered, however in few cases where this does occur the additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

We happily accept refunds for any unworn items with original tags. All returns must be received within 30 days.

After 30 days refunds or returns will not be accepted. 

Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of return delivery to us. 

Order Cancellation

All orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchasing your items, If the item has not already been shipped. If shipped, once order arrives we will process order as a refund when the item is returned to our warehouse. 

We do not pay shipping cost or send return shipping labels.
